Installation Instructions

1. Safely lift the vehicle and support at the frame on jack stands. Remove both front wheels.
2. Disconnect front sway bar end links from the axle.
3. Remove the front strut assembly from the vehicle.
4. Install the laser-cut top-mount strut spacers onto the factory strut towers using included hardware.
5. Remove the factory front steering knuckles from the lower control arm and hub assembly.
6. Install the Superlift CNC-machined ductile iron replacement knuckles, ensuring all ball joint and hub bolts are torqued to specification.
7. Install the CNC-machined driveshaft spacer on the front driveshaft as directed in the instructions.
8. Install the one-piece front and rear cross members per the instructions.
9. Install differential relocation brackets to reposition the front differential at the new lift height.
10. Install sway bar relocation brackets and brake line relocation brackets.
11. Install the front differential skid plate and eccentric cam-bolts.
12. Reinstall front wheels, lower the vehicle, and torque all fasteners to specification at ride height.
13. Have a professional four-wheel alignment performed immediately after installation.
