Install Instructions
- Raise and safely support the front of the vehicle and remove the wheels for access.
- Remove the factory tie rod from the knuckle and center link or steering gear, noting the current toe alignment marks.
- Install the Synergy 8702-11 tie rod using the factory mounting points and provided Grade 8 pinch bolt hardware.
- Torque all pinch bolts to manufacturer specification.
- Grease the new metal-on-metal tie rod ends before returning the vehicle to the road.
- Set toe alignment to specification and have a full alignment performed by a qualified shop.
