Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle on jack stands or a lift, then allow the exhaust system to cool completely before beginning work.
- Apply penetrating oil to the factory exhaust clamps and hanger points, then loosen and remove the factory system from the catalytic converter flange.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust from all rubber isolator hangers and remove it from the vehicle.
- Lubricate the new hanger mounting points with soapy water to ease installation of the rubber isolators.
- Install the new mid pipe section to the factory catalytic converter connection using the provided band clamp, leaving it slightly loose for adjustment.
- Install the muffler section into the factory hanger locations and connect it to the mid pipe with the provided clamp.
- Attach the tailpipe section and slide on the exhaust tip(s), aligning them level with the rear bumper opening.
- Adjust the entire system for even hanger tension and consistent gaps, then torque all clamps to the manufacturer's specification.
