Installation Instructions

1. Raise the vehicle safely on a lift or jack stands and allow the exhaust to cool completely.
2. Apply penetrating oil to factory exhaust hanger rubber isolators and clamp bolts.
3. Disconnect the factory exhaust system at the catalytic converter/downpipe connection.
4. Remove the factory exhaust system from the hangers and set aside.
5. Position the Thermal R&D cat-back system and loosely secure it to the factory hangers.
6. Connect the new system to the catalytic converter/downpipe using the supplied clamp.
7. Align both tips evenly for proper clearance from the bumper, then tighten all clamps and hardware.
8. Lower the vehicle and start the engine to check for leaks or rattles.
