Install Instructions
- Raise the front of the vehicle with a jack until the front axle hangs freely, and remove the wheels if needed for access.
- Use a screwdriver or pry bar to remove the factory bump stop from each side of the front bump stop cup.
- Position each Timbren Aeon spring assembly with the rubber spacer facing up toward the cup.
- Apply soapy water to the rubber spacer, then push and twist the assembly until it is fully seated in the cup.
- Bolt the vehicle-specific bracket to the factory mounting slots using the supplied hardware.
- Lower the vehicle and confirm the rubber spring makes contact with the front axle at ride height.
- Repeat the process on the opposite side, then reinstall the wheels if removed.
