Install Instructions
- Confirm the trailer frame is square, structurally suitable, and able to accept vertically installed mounting bolts.

- Position the driver-side and passenger-side suspension units symmetrically on the frame rails.
- Mark and drill the mounting locations according to Timbren instructions.
- Install both units with the supplied Grade 8 hardware and any required frame reinforcement.
- Use the supplied shims to fine-tune camber and alignment.
- Install compatible brake assemblies, hubs, bearings, seals, wheels, and tires.
- Lubricate the pivot bushings and wheel bearings.
- Verify clearances, alignment, wiring, fastener torque, and loaded ride height before road use.
- Reinspect and re-torque the installation after the initial shakedown period.
