Installation Instructions
- Confirm that the 2305-R arms match the vehicle year, make, model, and trim in the fitment table before beginning work.
- Park on a level surface, secure the vehicle, raise the front, and support the chassis with rated stands. Remove the front wheels and follow the vehicle service manual for safe suspension support.
- Record the original alignment settings where possible, then support the spindle and spring assembly before removing the original front lower A arms.
- Remove the original lower arm fasteners and separate the original lower ball joint from the spindle using the vehicle service manual procedure. Do not place any part of the body under an unsupported spring.
- Compare the new arms with the originals, confirm the ball joints and bushings are seated, and position each arm at the correct front lower location.
- Install the arms on the factory K member or compatible aftermarket K member using suitable fasteners and the vehicle service manual torque specifications. Installation hardware is not confirmed in the package.
- Connect the installed lower ball joints to the spindles and attach the spring and shock to the thick steel shock mounts using suitable fasteners.
- With the suspension at normal ride height, tighten pivot fasteners to the service manual specifications and confirm that the bushings and rod ends move without binding.
- Reinstall the wheels, lower the vehicle, inspect every fastener, and obtain a professional front wheel alignment before driving.
- Recheck fastener torque after the first short drive and stop immediately if any looseness, noise, or binding is present.
