Installation Instructions
Drain the differential fluid. Remove the cover and carrier. Press out old bearings and install new ZK F8.8-B pinion and carrier bearings. Set pinion depth and carrier preload using the included shims. Adjust backlash to 0.008-0.012 inches. Verify gear contact pattern with marking compound. Install all new seals. Reinstall the cover with a new gasket and refill with the appropriate gear oil.
