Installation Instructions
Safely lift and support the vehicle. Remove the front wheels and set aside. Remove the OEM brake caliper and hang it without straining the brake hose, then remove the OEM rotor. Unbolt and remove the OEM caliper bracket. Install the Wilwood caliper bracket supplied with the WIL140-17528-R, torquing hardware to specification. Mount the new slotted rotor. Slide the Aero6-DM caliper assembly onto the bracket, ensuring the pads seat correctly against the rotor. Connect the included stainless braided brake line to the caliper and to the chassis hard line junction. Bleed all air from the system using your preferred bleeding method. Reinstall wheels and torque to factory specification. Perform a brake bedding procedure to properly seat the DM pads to the new rotor surface before heavy use.
