Installation Notes
- Drain the rear differential fluid before beginning
- Remove both rear axle shafts to allow third member extraction
- Remove the E-Locker motor from the original carrier before discarding the old third member
- Transfer the E-Locker motor to the YDAT8.75-430E carrier and reinstall the motor connector
- Install the assembled third member and torque all fasteners to Toyota specification
- Reinstall axle shafts and fill with 75W-90 GL-5 gear oil to the fill plug level
- Test E-Locker engagement with the vehicle stationary before road use
