What is the significance of the 2.530in OD and 1.620in ID?
These dimensions are the outer and inner diameters of the Torrington needle roller bearing. It must match the axle tube bore (OD) and axle shaft (ID) dimensions. Using a bearing with the wrong dimensions will result in improper fitment and potential axle failure.
Does this kit work on Ford axles?
Yes. The YUKAK 1559 fits Ford axle housings with the following tag codes: 802, 820, 821, 824, 825, 826, 828, 829, 852, 854, 862, 869, 871, 909, and 919. If your Ford axle housing has tag codes 930, 933, 935, 939, 941, or 953, you need AK 1561FD instead.
Will using this kit void my vehicle warranty?
Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void your warranty solely because you used an aftermarket part unless they can prove the part caused the failure. Proper installation of the YUKAK 1559 should not void your drivetrain warranty.

What symptoms indicate a worn axle bearing?
Common signs of a worn axle bearing include a grinding or rumbling noise from the rear of the vehicle that changes with speed, axle seal leaks, or unusual heat at the axle tube end. Replace both bearing and seal together when any of these symptoms appear.
Installation Instructions
- Safely lift and support the vehicle, then remove both rear wheels
- Drain the differential fluid and remove the differential cover
- Remove the differential pinion shaft lock bolt and slide out the cross-shaft
- Push each axle shaft inward and remove the C-clip or retaining hardware at the axle end
- Carefully slide the axle shaft out of the axle tube
- Using a bearing puller or slide hammer attachment, remove the old bearing from the axle tube
- Remove the old axle seal from the tube end
- Press or drive the new Torrington bearing from the YUKAK 1559 kit into the axle tube until fully seated
- Install the new axle seal with the sealing lip facing inward
- Reinstall the axle shaft, C-clip, cross-shaft, and differential cover with fresh gear oil
