Install Instructions
- Support the vehicle on jack stands and remove the front wheel on the side being serviced.
- Support the front axle and disconnect the shock, sway bar link, and any other components attached to the factory leaf spring.
- Remove the factory leaf spring by unbolting the front eye bolt, rear shackle, and center U-bolts.
- Position the ZONF0401 leaf spring using the factory mounting locations and torque the front eye bolt and rear shackle to factory specifications.
- Reinstall the center U-bolts, shock, and sway bar link, then torque all hardware to factory specifications.
- Repeat on the opposite side using a second ZONF0401 unit, then lower the vehicle and perform a wheel alignment.
