Description

Roto-fab aluminum engine covers for LS motors conceal coil packs and unsightly wiring harnesses while provided a blank slate to add your choice of custom paint. Our engine covers are hand fabricated using 1/8 inch 5052 aluminum.

Each cover has four mounting points which are fixture located and TIG welded rigid to the cover. We supply rubber isolators which install on the mounting brackets as well as ball studs which install in unused threaded bosses on your stock valve covers. After the initial installation of the included ball studs, the covers go on and off without the use of tools.

All our vehicle specific covers come with the hardware needed to install and are designed to clear all factory components when installed according to our installation guide. Use our vehicle search bar to ensure proper choice for your application.

For LS3 engine swap applications, use the 10164049 custom LS3 engine covers. Our LS3 custom covers can be used with a variety of custom LS2 or LS3 engine swap projects, but trimming may be required to clear some components. Be sure to check out our plenum covers and billet oil caps designed to be used with your Roto-fab LS engine covers!

 In 1998, Roto-fab began designing and manufacturing aftermarket automotive components on a private label basis. After nearly a decade of developing and manufacturing automotive products for others, the first Roto-fab branded parts were introduced. In only a few short years, the company has experienced tremendous growth and acceptance among car enthusiasts.

The design approach is simple. Roto-Fab designs the best products possible with little regard to tooling expense or manufacturing difficulty. Rotofab products start as hand-made working prototypes that are relentlessly refined until the desired performance level, fit, and appearance are reached. There is no settling for less! The final prototype is then reverse engineered to create tooling and fixtures for production. By implementing this approach, the final product has all of the ingenuity and custom touches of a "one-off" hand fabricated piece. With two rotational molding machines for plastic molding as well as a complete metal fabrication shop, Roto-fab has the flexibility to design and manufacture it's own plastic and metal products in-house.
