The Thermal R&D A/B/C910 is a full downpipe-back exhaust system engineered for the 2020 and newer Ford Explorer ST 3.0L EcoBoost. Starting at the OEM catalytic converter outlets and running to polished dual angle-cut tips, the A/B/C910 uses 2.5-inch T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing throughout to improve exhaust flow, deepen the exhaust note, and deliver a more spirited sound character compared to the restrictive stock system. True Helmholtz Technology is built into the A/B/C910 to cancel highway drone, so the improvement in sound never becomes tiresome on long drives. All OEM hanger locations are used. No cutting, welding, or drilling is required. The polished 4-inch dual angle-cut tips fit cleanly within the factory Explorer ST rear valance without modification. Made in Lancaster, California. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original vehicle owner, non-transferable, not covering commercial or racing use.

Apply penetrating fluid to factory exhaust clamps and isolator bushings before beginning. Starting at the rear, unclip the hanger isolators and work forward toward the catalytic converter outlets. Disconnect the stock system at the OEM cat outlet clamps and remove in sections. Install the A/B/C910 beginning at the catalytic converter outlets, leaving all clamps loose. Route rearward onto the OEM hanger rods and adjust the polished tips for symmetry within the Explorer ST rear valance before torquing all clamps. Start the vehicle and check all connection points for leaks. No cutting, welding, or drilling is required.
