The AEM 30-0334 X-Series OBDII Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge adds an OBDII cable to the proven AEM X-Series wideband platform, allowing the gauge to read and display live engine parameters from the vehicle's OBD2 port alongside wideband AFR data. The AEM 30-0334 uses a Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband UEGO sensor to read from 10:1 to 20:1 AFR and simultaneously monitors OBD2 channels such as RPM, coolant temperature, throttle position, and more, all from the same 52mm gauge face. Universal fitment works with any OBD2-compliant vehicle equipped with an available exhaust bung location.

Installation Instructions

- Weld the included 18mm bung into the exhaust pipe and allow it to cool.
- Thread the Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor into the bung and torque to the manufacturer's spec.
- Route the sensor harness to the gauge location, keeping it away from heat sources above 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mount the AEM 30-0334 gauge in the 52mm gauge location.
- Connect the gauge wiring harness: 12V key-on power, chassis ground, and sensor harness connections.
- Connect the OBDII cable to the vehicle's OBD2 port, typically located under the driver-side dash.
- If connecting the 0-5V analog output to an ECU or datalogger, route and connect the signal wire as required.
- Turn on the ignition, allow the gauge to calibrate, and verify AFR and OBD2 data are displayed.
