Choose the Measurement and Display

Compare boost/vacuum, oil/fuel pressure, temperature, wideband air/fuel, tachometer and other instruments around the vehicle’s actual monitoring needs. Select a useful range and supported signal source. A warning function or peak recall is model-specific, not included with every gauge.

For a digital dash, compare display size, supported CAN/analog data, sensor interfaces and included features. AEM CD-5/CD-7 logging and GPS variants have different contents; Haltech iC-7 and UC-10 systems have their own installation and data requirements.

Wideband Gauges and Matched Sensors

The selection includes sensor-free AEM wideband references and kits explicitly supplied with oxygen sensors. Innovate controllers, cables and sensor packages likewise have separate scopes. Match the exact controller generation and sensor rather than assuming all wideband products are interchangeable.

A wideband measures the supported exhaust signal; it does not repair a fuel-delivery problem by itself. Follow the exact sensor/controller installation instructions for exhaust location, temperature, orientation and any calibration procedure.

Pillar Pods, Dash Mounts and Gauge Dimensions

Compare Grand Cherokee/Durango pillar references, Charger/300 triple pods, AutoMeter vehicle-specific panels and Banks device mounts with the actual interior. Body style, transmission and model-year exclusions can change the supported installation.

Match each opening, gauge body depth and retention arrangement. 52 mm/2-1/16 inch and 2-5/8 inch references are separate sizes, and some layouts mix instrument sizes. Device-specific mounts may support a particular display rather than any round gauge.

Complete the Sensor-to-Display Installation

Choose supported senders, boost taps, coolant adapters, fittings and cables for the instrument. An AutoMeter short-sweep sender, Innovate sensor cable and Haltech mount each has a defined application. Shared threads or similar connectors do not establish an electrically compatible system.

Review airbag deployment zones, visibility, controls and routing for the actual vehicle and mount. No pillar, dash or vent location is automatically approved for every interior. Check the exact package for instruments, sensors, controller, hardware and wiring, then ask our team about the part numbers needed to complete the setup.
