Installation Instructions

- Mount the controller near the battery on a flat metal surface that can conduct heat away; keep it clear of exhaust and radiator heat.
- Use the supplied MAP sensor, block and manifold-vacuum hose. Do not connect a TPS signal. Confirm the ECM enable polarity and resolve any pinout ambiguity before making connections.
- Route the fused battery supply, battery negative and pump wiring exactly as shown. Protect wiring from heat, abrasion and moving parts. Do not exceed 10 in-lb on the brass terminal nuts.
- Keep the pump submerged in adequate fuel. Check priming and leaks, set the mechanical regulator for the engine, and tune output voltage using the exact pump-specific table.
- Verify pressure and delivery under increasing demand. Stop and correct pressure loss or abnormal operation before using the vehicle.
