The aFe 46-60029 replaces the inlet at the matching factory turbocharger on 2004.5–2005 6.6L LLY Duramax Silverado/Sierra HD trucks. It is cast A356-T6 aluminum, not a stainless exhaust header or tailpipe. Its MDV passages direct incoming air toward the turbo.

Installation Instructions

- Reconnect the original CCV and air-intake couplings, return their clamps to the instructed positions, then tighten the flange clamp. No numerical torque is specified.
- Reinstall the resonator and its original screw and clamp. Apply the EO label as instructed and check every connection before operation.
