Install the housing with BOTH original screws and lock the selected filter tabs into it, leaving its clamp loose. Select 05-01523 for Accord or 05-01522 for TLX and loosely fit it to the throttle body with its SMALL end toward the throttle body. Transfer the ORIGINAL pinch clamp to the coupling port, insert the ORIGINAL crankcase fitting and secure that clamp. Transfer the original MAF to the new tube using supplied M4 screws.
