Installation Instructions
- Disconnect the vehicle battery before beginning electrical work.
- Choose a mounting location on the dash or console within reach of the driver and the PowerStep controller wiring.
- Drill the appropriately sized hole for the flush-mount switch body per the instruction sheet dimensions.
- Insert the 79106-01A switch into the hole and secure with the provided hardware.
- Route the plug-and-play wiring harness from the switch location to the PowerStep controller under the vehicle.
- Connect the harness plug to the override switch port on your controller.
- Reconnect the battery and test all three switch positions: Deploy, Automatic, and Retract.
