- With a partner, install the new door onto the factory hinges without fully tightening
- Adjust hinge position for even gaps on all four sides (top, bottom, front, rear)
- Tighten hinge bolts to factory torque specification
- Reconnect all wiring, verify window and lock function, and reinstall interior panels
