Installation Instructions
- Remove the interior door panel, door card, vapor barrier, and any wiring harnesses
- Disconnect window regulator, latch mechanism, and lock actuator from the OEM door shell
- With a partner, support the door and remove hinge bolts to separate the door from the body
- Transfer all hardware, hinges, latch, lock, regulator, and glass, to the new AC-DD15FDMU-GF shell
- With a partner, install the new door onto the factory hinges without fully tightening
- Adjust hinge position for even gaps on all four sides (top, bottom, front, rear)
- Tighten hinge bolts to factory torque specification
- Reconnect all wiring, verify window and lock function, and reinstall interior panels
