The ATS Diesel Sterling 10.25" 12-Bolt Differential Cover is a heavy-duty upgrade designed to replace the stock cover on 1983–2010 Ford trucks and vans equipped with the Sterling 10.25-inch 12-bolt rear axle.
This cast aluminum cover increases gear oil capacity by 2.5 quarts, improves cooling, and provides better protection for the ring and pinion gears during towing, hauling, or off-road use. It features internal and external cooling fins, a magnetic drain plug, and integrated baffles to control oil flow and reduce sloshing.
