Installation Instructions

  1. Confirm every carton and component matches 3015-32575 and the Chrome Silver-tip configuration.
  2. Allow the exhaust to cool and safely support the vehicle.
  3. Measure factory tip position and inspect the six rubber hangers before removal.
  4. Remove the factory cat-back while retaining the reusable mounting points.
  5. Install the resonated H-pipe, axle tubes, Touring rear sections, and outlet tubes loosely.
  6. Align the system for even clearance around the spare tire, suspension, bumper, and heat shields.
  7. Install and center both tips, then torque clamps and hardware in the sequence specified by AWE.
  8. Start the engine, inspect for leaks or contact, and recheck alignment after the first heat cycles.
