Installation Instructions

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning installation.
2. Remove the air intake tube or engine cover if equipped (5.7L models).
3. Rotate the upper radiator hose to approximately the 11 o'clock position to clear the mounting stud area and allow easy access for future draining.
4. Locate the jam nut in the sealed bag inside the bottom of the 20111 catch can.
5. Separate the top and bottom of the catch can — do not assemble yet.
6. Thread the jam nut onto the engine stud at the front of the engine bay.
7. Thread the catch can top onto the stud, rotating 3 to 4 turns.
8. Reinstall the catch can bottom. Tighten until snug only — do not overtighten.
9. Using an adjustable wrench, tighten the jam nut against the catch can bracket until firm. Do not overtighten.
10. Disconnect the factory PCV hose lines and connect the supplied hoses (or your own hose if you chose the No Hoses variant).
11. Connect the longer hose from the rear PCV valve to one port on the 20111.
12. Connect the second hose from the intake manifold PCV valve to the other port on the 20111.
13. Apply a small amount of oil or grease to the fittings to ease hose attachment.
14. Reinstall the engine cover or intake tube if applicable, then reconnect the battery terminal.
15. Start the engine and inspect all connections for leaks before closing the hood.
