Installation Instructions
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning installation.
- Remove the engine cover if equipped (some 392 HEMI applications).
- Locate the existing mounting stud at the front of the engine bay.
- Remove the jam nut from the sealed bag inside the catch can and thread it onto the stud.
- Separate the top and bottom of the 20100 catch can — do not reassemble yet.
- Thread the catch can top onto the stud, rotating 3 to 4 turns.
- Reinstall the catch can bottom. Do not overtighten; snug is sufficient.
- Using an adjustable wrench, tighten the jam nut against the catch can bracket until secure. Do not overtighten.
- Disconnect the factory PCV hose lines and replace with the supplied silicone hoses.
- Connect the longer hose from the rear PCV valve to one port on the 20100.
- Connect the second hose from the intake manifold PCV valve to the other port on the 20100.
- Apply a small amount of oil or grease to the fittings before attaching hoses to ease installation.
- Reinstall the engine cover if applicable, then reconnect the battery terminal.
- Start the engine and inspect all hose connections for leaks.
