Installation Instructions
- Allow the exhaust to cool, disconnect the vehicle battery and raise the car securely on a lift or rated jack stands.
- Apply penetrating oil to the original flange fasteners and hanger isolators before removal.
- Support the original system, disconnect it near the last catalytic converter and remove the hangers from their isolators.
- Lay out BRExhaust 106-0210 beside the removed system and confirm the section order before installation.
- Position the front section with the supplied 2-bolt gasket and start the fasteners by hand.
- Install each remaining section with the U-bolt clamps left loose enough for alignment.
- Seat the hangers, route the system around chassis obstacles and align the tip at the OEM exit location.
- Tighten the flange hardware and clamps from front to rear while maintaining clearance from the body, suspension and fuel system.
- Reconnect the battery, start the engine, inspect every joint for leaks and recheck the clamps after a complete heat cycle. Professional installation is recommended when proper lifting equipment or exhaust-service experience is unavailable.
