Installation Instructions
- Safely lift the Challenger on a lift or jack stands and allow the factory exhaust to cool.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust at the catalytic converter outlet flanges.
- Remove all factory cat-back hangers and lower the stock system from the vehicle.
- Route the Corsa mid-pipe to the catalytic converter outlets and connect with provided hardware.
- Connect the valve actuator wiring harness to the vehicle according to Corsa instructions.
- Attach the muffler assembly and secure on OEM hanger points.
- Align the twin polished 3.5-inch tips evenly in the rear bumper cutouts.
- Tighten all connection clamps and verify hanger positions.
- Start the engine, test valve operation, and inspect for exhaust leaks before driving.
