Installation Instructions
- Safely raise the C8 Corvette on a lift or jack stands and allow the factory exhaust to cool completely.
- Locate the factory cat-back disconnect points behind the catalytic converters.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust at all NPP valve wiring connections.
- Remove the factory muffler and tip assemblies from all hanger points.
- Route the Corsa cat-back into position and connect at the catalytic converter outlets.
- Reconnect all NPP valve wiring per Corsa's included instructions.
- Secure on all OEM hanger locations and align the four polished 3.5-inch tips in the rear fascia openings.
- Tighten all connection hardware and verify all hangers and wiring are secure.
- Start the engine, verify NPP valve operation in both modes, and inspect for exhaust leaks before driving.
