Installation typically requires a T20 Torx driver, a Phillips head screwdriver, a flathead screwdriver, a 10mm deep socket, an 11mm deep socket, a ratchet with extension, pliers, and one or two trim removal tools. No cutting or drilling is required.

Installation Instructions

1. Ensure the engine is off and fully cooled before beginning.
2. Remove the engine cover by popping off the side caps and removing the two 10mm bolts, then lifting it free.
3. Disconnect the mass airflow sensor connector by pressing the tab and pulling it off.
4. Disconnect the PCV line, sound tube, and all other lines attached to the factory airbox.
5. Remove the factory airbox retaining hardware and lift out the entire factory airbox and intake tube assembly.
6. Transfer the mass airflow sensor from the factory tube to the Corsa aluminum MAF mounting plate using a T20 Torx driver.
7. Install the mounting grommets and bushings into the new airbox mounting locations as shown in the included instructions.
8. Set the Corsa closed box airbox into position and secure with the provided hardware.
9. Install the carbon fiber intake ducts, connect the silicone hoses to the throttle bodies, and tighten all T-bolt clamps with an 8mm or 11mm socket.
10. Reconnect the mass airflow sensor connector until the locking tab clicks.
11. Reconnect the PCV line and any other lines per the included instructions.
12. Reinstall the polycarbonate lids and seat the DryTech filters inside each airbox section.
13. Start the engine and verify there are no boost or intake air leaks before reinstalling the hood.
