Install Instructions

1. Raise the vehicle, engage the parking brake, and remove both rear wheels
2. Loosen the hard brake line fitting at each rear caliper and cap it to minimize fluid loss
3. Remove the OEM caliper, bracket, and rotor assembly from each side
4. Clean the hub face and install the new S45C caliper bracket using the original mounting bolts torqued to specification
5. Mount the new 355x29mm disc assembly to the hub, confirming directional orientation for each side
6. Insert the HD graphite metallic brake pads into the caliper and install guide pins through both pad mounting ears
7. Mount the caliper onto the bracket and torque caliper bolts to specification
8. Install the stainless braided brake lines along the same path as the OEM hoses
9. Bleed the brake system starting with the caliper farthest from the master cylinder
10. Reinstall the wheels torqued to factory spec and complete the full break in procedure before normal driving
