Critical Installation Note — Rear Cradle Lockout Kit Required
A rear subframe/cradle lock-out kit MUST be installed on the vehicle before installing any Driveshaft Shop one-piece driveshaft. The 6th gen Camaro's factory rear subframe uses rubber bushings that allow the cradle to move under load. A one-piece rigid driveshaft transmits that movement directly to the shaft — without a lockout kit installed, the driveshaft can contact surrounding components and sustain damage. Failure to install the cradle lockout kit prior to installation voids all warranty coverage.
