The Kooks 3101H620 is a complete 2-inch x 3-inch long tube header and H.O. Green catted connection kit for the 6.1L and 6.4L HEMI in the Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Magnum SRT8, and Chrysler 300C SRT8. The 3101H620 replaces the factory cast iron exhaust manifolds with equal-length mandrel-bent primaries and merged 3-inch collectors, then connects directly to your existing factory or aftermarket exhaust via bolt-on catted connection pipes. No cutting, no welding, no fabrication required. Built to order in the USA by Kooks Custom Headers.

Primary tubes are T304 aircraft-quality stainless steel with 3/8-inch laser-cut flanges and full TIG welds throughout. The H.O. Green catted connection pipes use high-flow metallic substrate catalytic converters engineered for HEMI applications up to 750 RWHP. All O2 sensor bungs are properly positioned so the factory oxygen sensors read correctly. O2 extensions, Stage 8 locking header bolts, gaskets, and all installation hardware are included in the kit.

The 3101H620 fits the 6.1L and 6.4L HEMI in the 2006 through 2023 Dodge Charger, 2008 through 2023 Dodge Challenger, 2006 through 2008 Dodge Magnum SRT8, and 2005 through 2023 Chrysler 300C SRT8. It does not fit the Hellcat, Redeye, Demon, Super Stock, or any supercharged HEMI variant. It also does not fit AWD vehicles.

Does the 3101H620 fit the Hellcat?

Kooks provides a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel headers and a 25,000-mile warranty on the catalytic converters to the original purchaser.

Do I need a tune after installing these headers?
A professional custom tune is strongly recommended. Long tube headers significantly change exhaust gas flow and backpressure, and a proper tune will maximize the power gains and ensure the engine runs correctly with the new system.

What exhaust system does this connect to?
The connection pipes have a 2-3/4-inch outlet designed to bolt onto the factory OEM exhaust system or any aftermarket system that uses standard OEM connection points. No cutting or welding is required.

Has the 3101H620 been superseded?

Install Instructions

Lift the vehicle and support it safely on jack stands. Allow the exhaust to cool fully before beginning removal of the factory components. Disconnect all oxygen sensor connectors before removing the factory manifolds or pipes. Install the Kooks headers using the provided hardware and gaskets, torquing in a cross pattern to specification. A professional tune is recommended after installation of long tube headers to maximize power gains and ensure proper air fuel ratios. Check all fasteners and connections after the first heat cycle.
