Carbon Fiber Front Bumper Wind Deflector Uprights for the Lamborghini Huracan STO
These two curved uprights replace the matte black plastic deflectors that sit at the outer corners of the Huracan STO front bumper, directly ahead of the front wheels. Part 01.18.002 is laid up in pre-preg carbon fiber, cured in an autoclave and sealed under a hardened UV clear coat, and it reuses the factory mounting positions so the pair goes on without cutting or drilling the bumper.

FAQ
Is this sold as a single piece or as a pair?Two pieces are supplied, one shaped for the left corner of the bumper and one for the right.
Where exactly do these sit on the car?They mount on the outer corners of the front bumper, just ahead of each front wheel, where the factory black plastic deflectors are fitted.
Do I have to remove the bumper to fit them?The uprights attach at the factory positions on the bumper corner. Access is easier with the wheel turned, and full bumper removal is not normally needed.
Will the twill option match the carbon already on my car?The 3K 2x2 twill weave is chosen to line up with Lamborghini factory carbon trim in both pattern and gloss level.
What does the forged carbon option look like?Forged carbon is compression moulded from chopped strand, so it shows a random marbled figure rather than a repeating woven pattern.
Does either finish need paint or clear coat after delivery?No. Both finishes arrive clear coated and ready to install.
How should the surface be cleaned?Wash with a pH neutral soap and protect the clear coat with a wax, sealant or clear film. Brake dust should be rinsed off rather than scrubbed.
Do these change the aerodynamic behaviour of the car?They reproduce the shape of the factory deflectors, so airflow around the front wheel is the same as standard. The change is in material and appearance.
Can they be fitted to a Huracan that is not an STO?No. The corner profile is specific to the STO bumper.
Installation Instructions
- Park on level ground, chock the wheels and turn the steering to open up access to the bumper corner.
- Clean the bumper corner and the original deflector area with an alcohol based cleaner and let it dry fully.
- Release the factory deflector from its mounting positions and lift it away from the bumper.
- Remove any adhesive residue left behind, taking care not to scuff the surrounding paint.
- Dry fit the carbon upright against the bumper corner and confirm the curve follows the body line.
- Fit the upright at the factory mounting positions, starting at the leading edge and working rearward.
- Press along the full length of the part so it seats evenly with no gap at either end.
- Repeat on the opposite side, then leave the vehicle dry and undisturbed while any adhesive cures.
