Installation Overview

1. Chock the rear wheels, engage the parking brake, and center the steering wheel.
2. Press greased hourglass bushings into both stabilizer cylinder body eyes.
3. Attach two straight studs to the center axle bracket. For stock to 8.5-inch lifts, studs face down. For 4 to 8.5-inch lifts requiring more clearance, studs face up.
4. Mount the center axle bracket to the front axle housing with U-bolts. Do not fully tighten.
5. Install both tie rod brackets on the tie rod and secure with U-bolts.
6. Connect the stabilizer shaft ends to the tie rod brackets using washers and poly stem bushings. Tighten until the bushings begin to swell.
7. Extend each stabilizer to half travel. Torque center axle U-bolts to 30 ft-lbs and tie rod bracket U-bolts to 240 in-lbs.
8. Cycle the steering lock to lock. Confirm clearance and no binding. Re-check all hardware torque after the first 100 miles.
