Thermal R&D designed this 2.5" catback exhaust specifically for 2020-2026 Ford Explorer ST owners who want a noticeably better sound without making the vehicle loud or obnoxious for daily driving. From front pipes to tailpipes, full 2.5" mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel tubing improves exhaust flow for a deeper, throatier tone under throttle while remaining smooth and controlled at cruising speeds. True Helmholtz Technology completely eliminates unwanted cabin drone, so it sounds great on long drives without getting tiring.
