Install Instructions

1. Raise the Bronco safely and allow the factory exhaust to cool completely.
2. Apply penetrating fluid to the factory clamps and rubber isolators.
3. Remove the factory exhaust starting at the rear, working forward to the downpipe connection.
4. Reuse the factory gasket and mount the new midpipe to the downpipe.
5. Slide the axle pipe into place and secure with the included clamp.
6. Install the Helmholtz muffler section into the factory hangers.
7. Attach the polished tip and align it evenly in the rear valance.
8. Check all clearances, then fully tighten every clamp in sequence.
