The Turbosmart TS-0223-1055 Kompact EM DualPort VR29 is a direct-fit blow off valve kit for the 2015-2021 Mercedes-AMG C63 and C63 S. The M177 4.0L twin-turbo V8 runs one turbocharger per cylinder bank with the turbos mounted in the engine vee, and the TS-0223-1055 replaces both factory diverter valves with plug-and-play Kompact EM units. Each valve bolts to the compressor cover housing using three of the six included 5mm Allen bolts and wires directly to the OEM solenoid connector, so the factory ECU continues to manage valve timing with no tune modification required.

  7. Reconnect the OEM solenoid wiring connector directly to the TS-0223-1055 plug-and-play connector.
  8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for the second turbocharger on the opposite bank.
  9. Secure any loose wiring using the included 100mm cable tie.
  10. Start the engine, confirm no boost leaks at either valve, and verify normal ECU operation before driving.
