The Turbosmart BOV Controller Kit detects negative voltage changes in throttle position to energize a solenoid venting air from the BOV cap creating pressure differential for boost release. This universal kit fits diesel and petrol engines with large turbochargers preventing compressor surge during deceleration protecting the turbo from damage and reducing rebuild needs. It also enhances acceleration between gears for better performance.
