The AAD Performance C015-0000 billet fuel rails replace the factory plastic rails on naturally aspirated 5.7, 6.1 and 6.4 litre HEMI engines. Machined from billet aluminum and fitted with -8AN connections, they support high horsepower builds and E85 fuel systems that the factory rails cannot feed.

Installation Instructions
- Relieve fuel system pressure and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the intake manifold or air intake components required to reach the factory rails.
- Disconnect the factory fuel feed and injector connectors.
- Remove the factory rails with the injectors attached.
- Transfer the injectors to the new rails and seat every O-ring cleanly.
- Install the rails, guiding each injector squarely into its bore.
- Fit the centre hose, plugs and banjo fitting for the factory feed line.
- Torque the rail fasteners to OEM specification and reconnect the injector harness.
- Prime the fuel system, then leak-check at operating pressure before starting the engine.
