Installation Overview

1. Chock the rear wheels, engage the parking brake, and center the steering wheel before starting.
2. Press greased hourglass bushings into the stabilizer cylinder body eyes.
3. Mount the center axle bracket to the front axle housing with U-bolts. Do not fully tighten yet.
4. Install both tie rod brackets on the tie rod, securing with U-bolts. Snug only at this stage.
5. Install washers and poly stem bushings on each stabilizer shaft end and connect to the tie rod brackets. Tighten until the bushings swell slightly.
6. Extend each stabilizer to half-travel. Torque center axle U-bolts to 30 ft-lbs and tie rod bracket U-bolts to 240 in-lbs.
7. Cycle steering lock to lock. Confirm no binding and adequate clearance. After the first 100 miles, re-check all hardware torque.
