Installation Instructions
- Raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands, then remove the front wheel
- Disconnect the brake line bracket clip so the line can move freely
- Remove the outer tie rod nut and loosen the lower strut nut, leaving the bolt in place
- Remove the upper strut mount's outer nuts, then support and lower the control arm to free the strut
- Remove the old strut assembly by pulling it from the lower pocket and sliding it out the top
- Install the new Zone Offroad ZONF4401 loaded strut in the same orientation and secure the upper mount nuts
- Reinstall the lower strut bolt, upper control arm joint, and sway bar bushing nuts
- Torque the lower strut nut to the manufacturer's specification, then repeat on the opposite side
