Installation Instructions
- Safely lift and support the vehicle on jack stands at the frame with front suspension hanging free.
- Remove the front wheel and tire on the side being serviced.
- Support the lower control arm or knuckle with a floor jack to prevent overextending the CV axle.
- Disconnect the sway bar end link from the strut or lower control arm.
- Remove brake line brackets and ABS wire brackets from the factory strut body.
- From the engine bay, remove the three upper strut mount nuts from the strut tower.
- Remove the lower strut-to-knuckle bolt and pull the factory strut assembly free.
- Insert the Zone Offroad ZONC4201 into the strut tower. Align upper studs and hand-thread the upper mount nuts.
- Install the lower mounting bolt through the knuckle and hand-thread.
