Installation Instructions
- Safely raise the Challenger on a lift or jack stands and allow the factory exhaust to cool.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust at the catalytic converter outlet flanges.
- Remove all factory cat-back components from hanger points and lower from the vehicle.
- Route the Corsa mid-pipe and connect to the factory converter outlets with provided hardware.
- Connect the active valve actuator wiring harness per Corsa's included instructions.
- Attach the muffler assembly and hang on OEM hanger points.
- Center the twin black PVD 3.5-inch tips in the rear bumper cutouts.
- Tighten all connection clamps and verify hanger positions are secure.
- Start the engine, verify valve operation, and inspect for exhaust leaks before driving.
