UMI publishes one fitment condition for this kit: when lowering springs are used together with the relocation kit, the Panhard Bar Lowering Bracket, UMI part 2063, is also needed to effectively lower the panhard bar at the axle. That is a ride height condition, not a model year or trim restriction.

Does this kit include a panhard bar?No. It is a relocation and support kit made up of an upper support and lower brackets. The panhard bar itself, factory or aftermarket, carries over.
What problem does it actually solve?It relocates the lower panhard bar and replaces the upper support so a 3 inch true dual exhaust can be routed over the passenger side axle without hitting the bar or its mounts.
Do I need anything else if my car is lowered?Yes. UMI states that when lowering springs are used with this kit you also need the Panhard Bar Lowering Bracket, part 2063, to effectively lower the panhard bar on the axle.
What are the torque figures?UMI's sheet calls for 60 ft-lb on the three upper panhard bar bolts, 72 ft-lb on the two M12 bolts, and 90 ft-lb on the lower panhard bar bolt, which must only be tightened with the rear suspension loaded.

Installation Instructions
- Support the frame on jack stands with the rear axle hanging free; do not support the car by the rear axle.
- Unbolt the lower and upper panhard bar at the passenger side using 18mm and 21mm tools.
- Remove the two heat shield screws with a 7mm, then remove the three 15mm bolts holding the upper panhard bar support to the driver side frame using a long extension.
- Install the two lowering brackets and the round spacer on the passenger side with the new M12 x 80mm bolts, placing the spacer into the top hole.
- Attach the new upper panhard bar support at the frame side with the three factory bolts, then to the passenger side with a new M12 x 80mm bolt.
- Install the lower panhard bar into the lowering brackets with the nut facing rearward, reusing the factory bolt with a factory bar or the supplied M14 x 80mm bolt with an aftermarket bar.
- Torque the three upper support bolts to 60 ft-lb and the two M12 bolts to 72 ft-lb.
- Place jack stands under the rear end to load the suspension, then torque the lower panhard bar bolt to 90 ft-lb.
