Headers and Matching Midpipes

BBK’s specified 2005–2008 Magnum 5.7L midpipe is designed for its listed full-length headers, including 1647 and 16470. The manufacturer excludes shorty headers from that midpipe application.

Identify the existing header part number, downstream exhaust and required sensor connections before choosing connecting pipes. A midpipe is not a full exhaust system or a substitute for the matching header installation.

HEMI Service and Throttle Response

For a harmonic damper, compare the exact engine application, crank attachment and installation requirements. Damper hardware, sensor extensions and a complete damper are separate purchases unless supplied together.
