International Scout 80 Parts & Accessories

Explore International Scout 80 spring-and-shackle service at Black Ops Auto Works. The current selection centers on the Prothane black bushing reference naming Scout 80 and Scout 800 applications. Plan the order around the spring eyes, shackles and hardware fitted to your Scout 80.

Prothane Spring and Shackle Bushings

Review the complete Scout 80 production coverage and the components supplied under the Prothane reference. Match spring-eye and shackle dimensions, sleeves and bolt requirements to the installed suspension, particularly if springs or shackles have been replaced.

Build the Service Order Around the Repair

Identify the positions needing service before choosing a package. Check whether the selected kit supplies all required bushings and sleeves or whether additional hardware is needed. Use the product’s installation and lubrication instructions when planning the work with your installer.

Choose Your Part

• Identify the spring-eye or shackle positions needing service.
• Record Scout 80 production and current spring, sleeve and bolt dimensions.
• Compare complete coverage, kit quantity and required hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Scout 80 suspension component is shown?

The Prothane reference names spring and shackle bushings in black. Review complete application and supplied positions.

Does a bushing kit include replacement leaf springs?

Review the exact contents; replacement springs should not be inferred from a bushing reference.

Can replacement shackles affect the bushing choice?

Match the actual shackle, spring-eye, sleeve and bolt dimensions to the selected kit.

How do I compare Scout 80, Scout 800 and Scout II bushing coverage?

The listed Prothane reference explicitly names Scout 80/800 within its stated production range. Check the exact kit number and complete model coverage, then match spring-eye, shackle, sleeve and bolt dimensions to the installed suspension. Confirm Scout II coverage separately rather than assuming every Scout uses the same bushings.

What helps confirm the order?

Send production details, the service positions, installed suspension specifications and the proposed product reference.
