Choose an AccuAir Air Management Package

Start with the valve layout and control method you want. The Starter AA-3836 uses a separate VU4 manifold and ENDO-T tank. Premium AA-3837 integrates the valves into an ENDO-VT tank. Ultimate AA-3838 adds Height+ sensors for measured ride-height feedback. The current manufacturer packages list dual VIAIR 485C compressors, e+ Connect and TouchPad+ controls, plus air line, fittings and compressor power components.

These are air-management packages for a custom suspension build. Select compatible air springs, vehicle brackets and the supporting suspension hardware separately. A management package does not establish bolt-on fitment for every vehicle. Check the exact SKU and included-parts list before combining it with an existing system.

Height+ Sensors or Pressure+ Control?

Height+ AA-3641 measures suspension position and supports three programmed height settings with a compatible e+ Connect system. The sensor arms need a mounting position that stays within their allowed movement throughout suspension travel. Pressure+ AA-3907 instead uses four air-spring pressure sensors and a harness. Its presets target pressure; changing passenger or cargo weight can change the resulting ride height. Choose by the feedback your build needs, then confirm ECU, manifold and plumbing compatibility.

ENDO-T, ENDO-VT and Seamless Air Tanks

ENDO-T is the modular tank option for an external valve system. ENDO-VT integrates four-corner valves and flow adjustment into the tank assembly. Both families have 3-gallon and 5-gallon configurations in this collection, so match the selected variant to its part number and mounting space. The 18-inch AA-3941 and 32-inch AA-3942 Seamless Tanks reservoirs have five 1/4-inch NPT ports and adjustable mounting brackets. Tank length alone does not establish compatibility: leave space for fittings, drains, wiring and service access.

Match the Controller to the System

AA-3638 is an ECU-only upgrade for compatible older AccuAir systems. AA-3639 includes the e+ Connect ECU, harness and pressure sensor; it still requires a compatible TouchPad and manifold. AccuAir excludes its Jeep JL/JT lift kits from these ECU applications, and AA-3639 also excludes internal-compressor CVT systems. The Chad Criss Design AA-3908 switchbox is a manual control option that does not work with e-Level. Check the full compatibility notes rather than treating every AccuAir controller as interchangeable.

Wrangler JL Dynamic Lift Kit Fitment

The Wrangler JL AA-4104 listing is a vehicle-specific adjustable suspension system, unlike universal management components. Confirm year, four-door body, engine, eTorque status and wheel backspacing against the exact kit application before ordering. Wrangler JK, Gladiator JT, 4xe, diesel and 392 configurations have separate requirements. A general Wrangler year match is not enough to select a complete suspension system.

Choose Your Part

Measure tank and compressor space, choose a protected ECU location and confirm the electrical supply for the selected compressors. Match NPT threads to the correct adapters and air-line diameter; a 1/4-inch NPT port does not mean every 1/4-inch air-line fitting is suitable. Include moisture control, secure mounting and service access in the layout. For the VU4, AccuAir specifies a water trap between the tank and manifold. Complete leak checks and the required controller calibration after installation.

What is the difference between AccuAir Starter, Premium and Ultimate?

Starter uses an ENDO-T tank and external VU4 manifold. Premium uses an ENDO-VT valve-integrated tank. Ultimate adds Height+ sensors. Compare the exact package SKU and included hardware before ordering.

Does an AccuAir management package include vehicle-specific air springs?

The Starter, Premium and Ultimate management packages require compatible suspension hardware selected separately. The Wrangler JL Dynamic lift kit is a different, vehicle-specific product.

Does Premium AA-3837 include height sensors?

No. Height+ sensors are an optional upgrade for Premium. They are included in Ultimate AA-3838.

Does AA-3639 include everything needed for air management?

No. It includes the ECU, harness and pressure sensor. A compatible TouchPad and manifold are required separately, along with the rest of the air system.

Are Height+ and Pressure+ the same?

No. Height+ measures suspension position. Pressure+ measures air-spring pressure, which does not compensate for load changes in the same way.

Will every AccuAir ECU fit the Jeep lift kits?

No. AccuAir excludes Jeep JL and JT lift kits from AA-3638 and AA-3639 compatibility. Match the exact replacement controller to the installed kit.
