Installation Instructions

Apply penetrating fluid to factory exhaust clamps and isolator bushings. Lift and support the vehicle safely. Disconnect the OEM cat-back at the mid-pipe collector and work rearward, removing in sections. Install the B919-C919 beginning at the mid-pipe connection, leaving all clamps loose. Route the system onto the OEM hanger rods and hand-tighten all connections. Adjust tip position and symmetry before torquing all clamps to specification. Start the vehicle and inspect all joints for exhaust leaks. No cutting or welding is required at any step.
