The Thermal R&D B535-C535 Savage Edition is a 3" catback exhaust purpose-built for the 2019 through 2024 RAM 1500 equipped with the 5.7L V8 Hemi. Fabricated in Lancaster, California from T304 mandrel-bent stainless steel, the B535-C535 Savage Edition brings deep, thunderous Hemi sound to your RAM without the interior drone that ruins long drives. Thermal R&D's patented Helmholtz resonator technology is specifically calibrated for the 5.7L Hemi's firing order and exhaust pulse signature to eliminate drone frequencies while maximizing exhaust note volume and character at wide-open throttle.
The Savage Edition features an oversized dual-chamber muffler canister and larger resonator volume compared to the standard B535-C535, stepping up the aggression for drivers who want maximum presence. Choose polished stainless or black ceramic coated 4" tips to complete the build. Installation is a direct bolt-on requiring no modifications to the truck.

Installation Instructions
Safely lift and support the RAM 1500. Disconnect and remove the factory catback from the connection point rearward. Route the B535-C535 Savage assembly using the supplied OEM-style hangers, connect the inlet flange and torque hardware to specification, and align the tips as directed in the instructions. Total installation time is approximately 60 to 90 minutes with standard hand tools. Full written installation instructions included.
