Thermal R&D B933-C933 2.5" Catback Exhaust — 2019-2024 Ford Edge ST
The Thermal R&D B933-C933 is a 2.5" catback exhaust system engineered exclusively for the 2019 through 2024 Ford Edge ST with the 2.7L EcoBoost V6. Built in Lancaster, California from T304 stainless steel, the B933-C933 replaces the restrictive factory catback and delivers a deeper, more confident exhaust note that befits the Edge ST's sport character. Thermal R&D's patented Helmholtz resonator technology is tuned to the Edge ST's 2.7L V6 exhaust pulse to eliminate highway drone completely, keeping the interior comfortable for daily driving and long road trips while the exhaust comes alive at wide-open throttle.
The B933-C933 is available in three configurations: mill finish (no tips), polished stainless tips (B933-C934), or black ceramic coated tips (B933-C934-C). All variants are a direct bolt-on to the factory Edge ST exhaust connection.

Installation Instructions
Lift and support the Edge ST safely. Remove the factory catback from the connection rearward. Route the B933-C933 on the supplied OEM-style hangers, connect the inlet flange, torque all hardware to specification, and align tips if applicable per the instructions. Install time approximately 60 minutes. Full written instructions included.
